Pricing

All prices on our website are in Nigerian Naira and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

Payment

We accept bank transfer, cash on delivery, and online payment via Paystack. Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria through our logistics partner. Delivery timeframes vary by location. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any issues with your order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence via WhatsApp. Reports submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Limitation of Liability

Skinhaven Cosmetics shall not be held liable for any delays or losses caused by third party logistics providers. We will however work with our logistics partner to resolve any issues on your behalf.
