We take great care in packaging and quality checking every order before dispatch to ensure customers receive their items in good condition and as ordered.

However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during delivery or handling. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with clear photo evidence of the issue. Each case will be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review. We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence to verify any reported issue before resolution.
